Jack: If a guy ever attempts to turn your attention to his exposed scrotum, you should kick him… and kick him hard. There’s no excuse for that.

there are exceptions. what if the guy is ur friend and he has a bump, growth, or scar on his scrote? in this case he just wants some advice and should not be kicked.
also, while t-bagging a sleeping friend's forehead or eyeballs is a horrible offense, i don't believe it warrants any form of reataliation, like being kicked.
Your questions pertain to a man showing his scrotum or a woman showing her breasts. You forgot the third: What if a woman shows her scrotum??? I bet you didn't think about that!!!
